GENERAL DESCRIPTION: We are of the sincere opinion that the design and overall versatile functionality of our yacht are superior to most yachts in this size range built to date; from security features insuring resistance against the violence of the sea and man, to its huge capacity with all ammenities to remain independent of ports and the need to supply for extended periods far beyond average. Our methods and ideas have been accomplished with experts and the best materials. To build a newer version would provide the opportunity to expand upon and polish up the major discoveries we have made during the INDEPENDENCE project and testing thereof over nearly 200,000 miles of ocean. We offer her now for "live-aboard" charters and for Research voyages, film-making and adventuring. INDEPENDENCE is ideally suited to handle the power needs of research/film equipment and to accomodate large teams comfortably.
