Layout

Center cockpit Ketch allows for a nice aft cabin with en-suite head and shower, completely separate from the forward living and guest area. The saloon spans the width of the boat as you enter from the cockpit. Forward of the saloon is an enclosed gally to starboard and an upper/lower cabin. There is the v-berth and cabin forward to starboard. These three cabins share the forward head and shower. At least 2m headroom prevails throughout. The wood work is attractive and brightly varnished.

Notes

This is a classic yacht with some positive features in its sturdy construction, Twin engines, enclosed galley and the fact that in 42 years she has had only 2 devoted owners. The first was a French Count with the means to keep her mmaculate and the second, a first time boat owner who has lovingly kept this vessel in good shape, though, New exterior paint and varnish are needed. Owner needs to scale down and retire to a smaller yacht. He will consider serious offers.
